The house hotel in Vejer de la Frontera is situated within the walls of the old town of Vejer in a house which formerly had a apothecary 's shop on the ground floor. To this fact it owes its name.
The rooms have also being named by old pharmcist 's schools.
It all begins when three friends, Paloma, Enrique and Josip, all with hotel experience and love for the area where lies Vejer, decided to spill their knowledge in the project called 'La Botica'.
Our main aim is to achive that the client is not only professionaly attended but can also feel as being a guest in our home. You will find here the best accomodation in Vejer.
We emphasized on the room comfort , convinced that the best decoration will be the charm of the house, its great views and the street where it lies.

The rooms spin around a patio which serves as a lounge and it´s also where breakfast is served.
We also enabled the rooftop as a solarium bearing in mind the views and the days of sunshine that offers Vejer.
There are singles, doubles, twins and a special room with a lounge that can accomodate up to 4pax.
Each of the rooms has a special touch and all of them are very cozy and confortable.
All the rooms have bathroom,air conditioner , TV and heathing.
Ask for information about our transfers from/to Sevilla, Jerez, Málaga and Gibraltar airports (always on request).

BY BUS
Arrival in Vejer: Remember that in Vejer we have two bus stops. La Barca de Vejer is a kilometre and a half from Vejer on the N-340 from Málaga to Cádiz. To reach Vejer town you can take a taxi which costs about 6 euros. The other bus stop is in town, next to the park in Los Remedios. Always check which bus-stop your bus is going to.
BY TRAIN
The nearest train stations are at San Fernando (45 kms) and Cádiz (50 kms). Both stations are connected to the international rail network via Madrid.
BY CAR
If you come by the central route (via Madrid) you should take the N-IV to Sevilla and then the motorway (A-4) to Cádiz. Just after Jerez de la Frontera turn off towards the N-340 and Algeciras. Vejer is just off the N-340, almost equidistant between Cádiz and Algeciras..
